•Cancellations & No-Shows• A 25% cancellation fee is charged to your card on file if you are a no-show. If appointment is cancelled within 48 hours of scheduled appointment, your deposit is not refunded. If you cancel 48 hours or more prior to your appointment, your deposit is refunded or can be used towards a reschedule. Arriving to your appointment more than 10 minutes late may result in a cancellation and will be considered a no-show if no prior communication was attempted. Please communicate accordingly with me so we can avoid any unwanted charges. I understand we sometimes need to take our babies everywhere. However, during your appointment, I require deep attention and focus, especially because I am injecting your face. For this reason, children are not allowed. My spa also has many breakable items and in the event of damage to one of these items, you will be required to pay for those damages. Additionally, I am not responsible for any accidents such as your child injuring themselves (such as with needles, glass, metal objects, etc.) If you need to reschedule an appointment due to not having childcare, please communicate with me in advance so that we can schedule you at a later date that is more convenient for you.
