Cancellation Policy
•Cancellations & No-Shows•
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for any cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a fee of 20–25% of the scheduled service total, which will be charged to the card on file.
No-shows will also incur a 25% fee of the scheduled service total.
Deposits are non-refundable for late cancellations but may be applied toward a reschedule if notice is given at least 24 hours in advance.
Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in appointment cancellation and will be treated as a no-show if no prior communication is made.

•No Children Allowed•
Before anything, I am a momma myself. I understand we sometimes need to take our babies everywhere. However, during your appointment, I require deep attention and focus, especially because I am injecting your face. For this reason, children are not allowed. My spa also has many breakable items and in the event of damage to one of these items, you will be required to pay for those damages. Additionally, I am not responsible for any accidents such as your child injuring themselves (such as with needles, glass, metal objects, etc.) If you need to reschedule an appointment due to not having childcare, please communicate with me in advance so that we can schedule you at a later date that is more convenient for you.
